What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that both your time and our time is important.
Please respect our cancellation policy and make sure that you cancel ahead of time if needed!
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.




What is your no show policy?

If you no show please be aware that you will have to pay a $25 rescheduling fee upon booking your next appointment. That $25 will be applied to that appointment.




What are your hours?

Monday – 10-4
Tuesday: 10-4
Wednesday: 10-6
Thursday: 10-4
Friday: 11-2


Appointments can be made outside these hours but must be made with prior approval.
We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out necessary documentation.
Your appointment time is held especially for you and while we try to make accommodations for late arrivals please be aware that if you are later than 15 minutes it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.




Do you have a cell phone policy?

We try to maintain a tranquil environment for all our guests; please silence your cell phones and use quiet tones when inside the building.




Do you have an area for children to stay during appointment?

Not at this time. Unless your child is receiving a service, we ask that you please leave them at home or with a caretaker.




Do you ever offer specials or discounts?

YES! We offer a monthly membership program in addition to special pricing and discounts from time to time.
We always post these on our Facebook and Instagram pages, so be sure to give us a follow!

Do you do consultations?

Yes! If you want to schedule a consultation to speak with one of our expert injectors, we’ll hold a charge of $25, but this amount will be credited to a treatment if you move forward.




Can I have a treatment done if I’m pregnant?

We are unable to provide any of our services if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.




Do you have financing options?

We do not take care credit at this time. 




Do you have a referral program?

YES!!! Your referral of your friends and family is the greatest compliment you can give us. Thank you for your trust. When you refer someone and they purchase a service, you will receive $25 off your next service.
