How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Our team will guide you through the selection process during your initial consultation. We’ll evaluate your skin type, concerns, and goals to recommend the most suitable treatments to achieve the best results for you.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We partner with Advanced Care and applicants may apply for credit approval on any selected service

Do you ever offer special rates

Absolutely. The best way to take advantage of our specials is our monthly membership program. We also post specials and deals on our Facebook and Instagram pages, so be sure to give us a follow! 

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes. Each friend you refer, once they make a qualifying purchase*, earns you a $25 credit to your Patient Wallet (No membership needed). No limit earnings. Credits expire six months from the date of notification. Credits are non-transferable and may not be used toward previous purchases, redeemed for cash, or applied to cancellation fees. Program details are subject to change.

*A minimum purchase of $100 by the referred person is required to qualify for $25 credit to your Patient Wallet.

Is there any downtime after treatments?

Most of our treatments are non-invasive or minimally invasive, requiring little to no downtime. However, the recovery time can vary depending on the specific treatment. During your consultation, we will provide detailed post-treatment care instructions and inform you about any necessary recovery time.

How often should I schedule treatments?

The frequency of treatments depends on the type of service and your individual needs. Some treatments, like facials, may be done monthly, while others, like laser hair removal, may require a series of sessions spaced several weeks apart. We will create a personalized treatment plan to ensure optimal results.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes, we offer our Plump'd Beauty Savings Plan designed to provide you with ongoing care and savings. Your membership also offer exclusive benefits and discounts. Contact us to learn more about our current offerings and find the perfect plan for your needs.

Can I get a treatment done if I am pregnant?

No. We are unable to provide any of our services if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via email or phone call the day prior to scheduled appointments. Beginning October 1, 2021, if you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you may incur a charge of $50. To facilitate this policy, you will be required to leave a credit card on file for all appointments.
