Yes. We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via email or phone call the day prior to scheduled appointments. Beginning October 1, 2021, if you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you may incur a charge of $50. To facilitate this policy, you will be required to leave a credit card on file for all appointments.
Yes. Each friend you refer, once they make a qualifying purchase*, earns you a $25 credit to your Patient Wallet (No membership needed). No limit earnings. Credits expire six months from the date of notification. Credits are non-transferable and may not be used toward previous purchases, redeemed for cash, or applied to cancellation fees.
